The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a fabulous area, close to all the restaurants in tam coc, most sightseeing in Ninh Binh and the nature of the staff who really could n't have been nicer. The staff were very professional and well-trained and the pool was clean.

Hidden Charm Hotel And Resort lives up to its name. The staff here are really good and provided personalized service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with fine views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely stay.

Located close to Mua Cave, so you can easily explore that cool spot. the staff here are hella nice and always ready to help out. Want a chill spot for tea or coffee? Check out Brick Coffee Shop nearby! ☕

Located in a remote area, this hotel is next to important tourist sites and convenient to reach the airport we had booked. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable with a nice view on the upper floors. the staff were excellent, accommodating, helpful, and spoke excellent English. Good breakfast selection included traditional dishes. the pool and spa facilities were also a plus, with the option to rent bicycles and motorbikes.

One of the showers in the hotel was quite dangerous with a big step over to get into the bath/shower, but it was manageable with a flannel to avoid slipping.

The hotel's location was perfect, with great coffee shops, craft beer gardens, and Banh Mi shops close by, and the rest of town only a 5-minute walk away. the suite was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of both Asian and Western dishes. the pool was large and inviting.

The hotel could use some renovations, as certain areas felt a bit rundown. the garden could benefit from some more comfortable furniture, as it did not have the sun loungers and swings depicted in the pictures.
